Bookings
Bookings can be made by contacting the host directly via phone call or WhatsApp for a more personalized experience. Alternatively, reservations can also be made through the homestay’s website or popular travel platforms. Flexible payment options, including online transfers, G-pay or cash on arrival, are available. An advance payment may be required to confirm your booking, with cancellation policies explained during the reservation process.
House Rules (Terms & Conditions)
Check-In/Check-Out: Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Guest Identification: Valid government-issued ID proof (e.g., Aadhaar, Passport, Driver’s License) is mandatory for all guests at check-in.
Smoking and Alcohol: Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Alcohol consumption is allowed responsibly, but any misconduct due to intoxication will not be tolerated.
Booking and Payment: To confirm your booking, a deposit or full payment is required. We accept payments via online transfer, GPay, or cash for your convenience.
Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made 7 days before check-in: Full refund. Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in: 50% refund.
Health and Safety: Follow all safety guidelines provided by the staff, especially during plantation walks or treks.
Force Majeure: The homestay reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or government regulations.
